In<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">ogni caso si tratta di un titolo amatissimo dal pubblico di ogni et\u00e0 e questo lo si \u00e8 potuto <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">evincere da un\u2019affluenza pi\u00f9 massiccia rispetto agli spettacoli precedenti in cartellone.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">La Fondazione Arena metteva in campo i suoi complessi artistici per una sfida di tutto <\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>rispetto:<\/strong> solitamente, infatti, a fronte di un\u2019orchestra italiana si tende ad optare per un <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">coro inglese, assai pi\u00f9 avvezzo al repertorio concertante tardobarocco di quanto non lo <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">sia una compagine abituata alle forti tinte melodrammatiche. Inspiegabili ad esempio, certi pianissimi che non passavano l\u2019orchestra\u00a0 ma ancora <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">una volta dobbiamo evidenziare quanto la dislocazione di quest\u2019ultima, scoperta sul <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">piano platea, vada a danno delle voci. Quanto agli arcinoti passaggi di agilit\u00e0, frutto <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">della dotta arte contrappuntistica di Haendel e che richiamano il linguaggio strumentale, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">sono stati risolti talvolta sottotempo, prendendone le misure, con evidenti\u00a0 incertezze ma <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">pur sempre con solido mestiere di fondo. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Il<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">quartetto<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">vocale<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">annoverava<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">quattro<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">interpreti<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">di<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">indubbio<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">interesse,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tra<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">i<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">quali <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">spiccava per generosit\u00e0 di suono il basso<\/span> <strong><span dir=\"ltr\" sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">altre occasioni: se la sua aria di esordio,<\/span> <em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The people that walked in darkness<\/span><\/em> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00e8 apparsa <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">un po&#8217; opaca, si \u00e8 riscattato nella ben pi\u00f9 celebre<\/span> <em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The trumpet shall sound<\/span> <\/em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">trovando <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">una buona intesa<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">con la prima tromba della compagine role=\"presentation\"><em>Ev\u2019ry valley shall be exalted<\/em>,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">staccata peraltro con un tempo sostenuto, ha avuto esiti <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">felici nelle agilit\u00e0 a quartine ma la sua vocalit\u00e0 risultava talvolta un po\u2019 esuberante per un Oratorio, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">anche nell\u2019aria della seconda parte,<\/span><em> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron.<\/span><\/em> <strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Sara <\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Mingardo<\/span><\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00e8<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">un<\/span> <span Zion<\/span><\/em> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ha faticato non poco per superare <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" retorica esplicata da una <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">gestualit\u00e0 spesso portata ad un\u2019inutile esasperazione. L\u2019orchestra ha suonato bene, con <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">bel<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">suono,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ma<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">risultando<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">talvolta<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pesante<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">sproporzionata<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">negli<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">equilibri<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">con<\/span> le voci<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">; ad ampia assoluzione delle parti vocali valga il principio che un\u2019oratorio <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">come<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">il<\/span> <em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Messiah<\/span><\/em> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">richiede<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">compattezza<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">del<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">coro,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">non<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">distanziato<\/span> (e senza mascherine) <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">subito<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">dietro <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l\u2019orchestra, mentre le voci soliste devono stare davanti, di fianco al direttore.<\/span> <em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Mala <\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tempora currunt<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, la pandemia condiziona anche la musica e di questi tempi si fa di <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\" role=\"presentation\">necessit\u00e0 virt\u00f9.
