inaugura la sua stagione 2018-19 con una delle opere pi\u00f9 famose, e contemporaneamente spesso sottovalutate, dell\u2019intero repertorio operistico: quell&#8217;\u201cAida\u201d di Giuseppe Verdi celebre per la sua marcia trionfale, la sua ambientazione esotica, e, presso il pubblico pi\u00f9 preparato, per la difficolt\u00e0, sia vocale che interpretativa, dei tre ruoli principali. Come spesso accade nell&#8217;opera, infatti, la vicenda di \u201cAida\u201d non \u00e8 delle pi\u00f9 originali, e se probabilmente vede nel suo finale un guizzo pi\u00f9 allucinato del solito, per il resto \u00e8 una storia oggi forse anche passata di moda, che certamente occorre rinverdire, soprattutto per il pubblico meno avvezzo. L\u2019intento, dunque, del regista <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Alfonso Antoniozzi<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">, e del <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><i>team<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> creativo che lo coadiuva, \u00e8 quello giusto, sebbene i risultati lascino perplessi: assistiamo, infatti, ad una messa in scena basata unicamente su proiezioni e animazioni (create da <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Monica Manganelli<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">), di gusto involontariamente <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><i>kitsch<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">, con chiari riferimenti a capisaldi della cinematografia novecentesca quali \u201cStargate\u201d o \u201cIl principe d\u2019Egitto\u201d, se non direttamente agli illustratori dei libri pseudostorici che sostengono teorie di mano aliena nella creazione di piramidi e altre amenit\u00e0. I costumi a cura di <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Anna Biagiotti<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> seguono perfettamente questa via, con il loro apice in un Ramfis in diretta da \u201cStar Wars\u201d. Le luci di <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Luciano Novelli<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> in questo tripudio di proiezioni appaiono per lo pi\u00f9 casuali, come nel secondo atto, in cui le ancelle sono in piena luce e Amneris canta al buio. La partita delle simbologie si gioca sui quattro elementi (ciascuno assegnato a uno dei quattro atti), sentiero prevedibile e non poco battuto, quanto pretestuoso, dato che poi, nella effettiva resa scenica, non viene seguito, se non dai video introduttivi dei singoli atti, pericolosamente simili ad alcuni effetti grafici di <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><i>software<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> musicali. Superfluo \u00e8 sottolineare come, in presenza di cotanto materiale filmico, la scena possa restare totalmente deserta, per la gioia, forse, dei cantanti, che, nella maggior parte dei casi,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gbopera.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/86-aida.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-large wp-image-94494\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gbopera.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/86-aida-512x341.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"341\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/86-aida.jpg 512w, https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/86-aida-290x193.jpg 290w, https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/86-aida-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/86-aida-366x244.jpg 366w, https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/86-aida-285x190.jpg 285w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/a> si sentono certamente pi\u00f9 ad un concerto: \u00e8 tutto uno sbracciarsi, un camminare avanti indietro, un buttarsi a terra senza senso, una mimica facciale degna della pi\u00f9 navigata Gloria Swanson. Questo \u00e8, d&#8217;altronde, il paradosso di certe scelte &#8220;moderne&#8221;: esautorano il regista dal suo lavoro, e abbandonano i cantanti al manierismo pi\u00f9 scontato. Si cerca di dare movimento al tutto usando danzatori e figuranti seminudi, bravissimi (un plauso alla coreografa <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Luisa Baldinetti<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">), ma in grado di trasformare la celebre marcia trionfale in un numero di danza contemporanea e la danza degli schiavi africani in un sogno dalle tinte erotiche. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><i>Extrema ratio<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> della \u201ccostruzione\u201c registica \u00e8 l\u2019uso dei ponti mobili, di cui il Carlo Felice giustamente si pu\u00f2 vantare: ecco allora che Aida e Radam\u00e8s concludono l\u2019opera in ascensore, scendendo in cantina, la stessa cantina da dove arriva puntualmente il consiglio sacerdotale alieno. Insomma, un <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><i>pastiche<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> che incontra lo sfavore della sala, che \u201cbua\u201d e rumoreggia praticamente ad ogni apertura d\u2019atto. L\u2019apparato musicale regala qualche soddisfazione in pi\u00f9: la conduzione del Direttore Musicale <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Andrea Battistoni<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> \u00e8 energica e umorale fino al disomogeneo; l\u2019orchestra, potente e ben coesa, a volte trascina gli interpreti, che in pi\u00f9 momenti dimostrano di preferire una direzione pi\u00f9 morbida. Momento di fulgore \u00e8 la gi\u00e0 citata marcia trionfale, in cui gli ottoni solisti implementano l\u2019insieme con nobilt\u00e0 e morbidezza. Tra i cantanti emerge la granitica (ma poco regale) <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Judit Kutasi<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">, un\u2019Ammeris dal <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gbopera.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/81-radames-m.-berti-aida-s.-vassileva-.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-94493\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gbopera.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/81-radames-m.-berti-aida-s.-vassileva--512x341.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"341\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/81-radames-m.-berti-aida-s.-vassileva-.jpg 512w, https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/81-radames-m.-berti-aida-s.-vassileva--290x193.jpg 290w, https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/81-radames-m.-berti-aida-s.-vassileva--150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/81-radames-m.-berti-aida-s.-vassileva--366x244.jpg 366w, https:\/\/www.studioroldo.it\/gbopera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/81-radames-m.-berti-aida-s.-vassileva--285x190.jpg 285w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/a>fraseggio sufficientemente\u00a0 espressivo, dall&#8217;emissione sicura. Di particolare pregio il duetto del IV atto \u201cGi\u00e0 i sacerdoti adunansi\u201d: in esso la sua piena vocalit\u00e0 si sposa benissimo al canto stentoreo\u00a0 del<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">\u00a0Radam\u00e8s di<b> Marco Berti<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">. Il tenore lombardo, come i melomani sanno, ha fama di solido professionista, ma, inutile negarlo, non si va molto oltre a una alquanto generica e stentorea linea vocale e interpretativa<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Adobe Garamond, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">. Il Re di <strong>Seung Pil Choi<\/strong> appare piuttosto in affanno. Corretti gli interventi di <strong>Manuel Pierattelli<\/strong> (Un messaggero) e di <strong>Marta Calcaterra<\/strong> (Sacerdotessa).
